Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and translate technical findings into business strategies.
- Build and maintain SQL databases and scripts to support data reporting and automation processes.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to validate hypotheses and optimize product features.
- Present complex data findings to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R.
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment or collaborate effectively in a hybrid office setting.
