Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and business performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and improve customer segmentation strategies.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is preferred.
