Responsibilities
- Analytics & Strategy: Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to define reporting requirements and translate data into actionable business insights.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to support long-term strategic planning and risk assessment.
- Communication: Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL for querying databases and manipulating data sets.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
