Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data for executive leadership.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Process Optimization: Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts to automate reporting workflows and increase efficiency.
- Database Maintenance: Monitor data quality metrics and implement best practices for data governance and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization Tools: Experience creating interactive dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of using data to solve business problems and drive decision-making.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
