Responsibilities
- Perform data mining, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Conduct statistical analyses and A/B testing to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
