Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Modeling: Design and implement robust data models and pipelines to collect, clean, and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Visualization & Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards and executive summaries using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize operational efficiency.
- Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data and ensure data integrity across various systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
