Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive data analysis strategies to support business objectives and operational improvements.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time.
- Data Modeling: Build complex SQL queries and data models to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical experiments.
- Report Generation: Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership, providing clear, concise visualizations and interpretations.
- Process Optimization: Identify trends and anomalies in data to suggest process optimizations and cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R, and experience with ETL processes.
- Visualization: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
