Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and perform statistical analysis to forecast market trends and optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Marketing) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in data processes and implement automated solutions to increase productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with data warehousing (Snowflake/Redshift).
- Visualization: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git.
