The Role:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will own the data pipeline for key business units, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. You will serve as the data subject matter expert for stakeholders, translating technical findings into compelling business narratives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex ETL processes and data pipelines to support real-time analytics.
- Create interactive, high-level dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources and reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
