Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to identify business needs and formulate data-driven solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data mining techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business value.
