Responsibilities
- Drive Decision-Making: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that directly impact revenue and operational efficiency.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and establish scalable data governance models.
- Cleanse & Transform: Utilize SQL and Python to clean, normalize, and prepare large-scale data for analysis, ensuring high data quality standards.
- Reporting: Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports that provide clear, concise insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Programming: Strong coding skills in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
