Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports summarizing business performance and actionable insights.
- Automate data pipelines using SQL and Python to reduce manual reporting efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries, stored procedures, joins).
- Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake) is a plus.
