Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Extraction: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and trends within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (using Tableau or PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries and scripts to extract data and support database management tasks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical and technical audiences alike.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Tools: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ETL tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
