Responsibilities
- Lead the detection and response to security incidents and breaches.
- Design and maintain security architectures across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
- Manage and tune SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to reduce false positives.
- Develop and enforce security policies and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related field.
- CISSP, CEH, or CISM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go).
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
