Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats using SIEM tools
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement and maintain security controls for cloud/on-premise environments
- Develop incident response plans and conduct post-incident analysis
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NIST and ISO standards
- Document security policies and procedures
- Stay current with emerging threats and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and systems
