Responsibilities
- Extract and Transform Data: Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity using SQL and Python.
- Visualize Insights: Create compelling dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement based on data trends and propose data-backed solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models, processes, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and experience with BI tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
