Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge transfer and reproducibility.
- Automate reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift) for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Strong coding skills in Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design is a plus.
