Responsibilities
- Drive Data Strategy: Design and execute complex data analysis projects to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Advanced SQL & ETL: Write optimized SQL queries and manage data extraction processes to ensure high-quality data pipelines.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and translate technical findings into business recommendations.
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality metrics and implement processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across all datasets.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop statistical models to forecast trends and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R. Experience with ETL tools is highly preferred.
- Tools: Expert level knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive insights from unstructured data.
