Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making

- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize user experiences and business outcomes
- Present findings to C-suite leadership through compelling data visualizations
- Maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality across systems
- Lead cross-functional data initiatives with engineering and marketing teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced skills in Tableau/Power BI with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
