Responsibilities
- Architect and develop cloud-native microservices using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Lead cross-functional Agile sprints to deliver production-ready features
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime across AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design workshops
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Jenkins
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best security practices
- Drive technical strategy for 5M+ user platform scaling initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/K8s) and serverless technologies
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Strong problem-solving skills with complex algorithm challenges
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
