- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Build automated reporting dashboards to monitor business health and trends
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify growth opportunities and anomalies

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database management
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design knowledge
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights
