Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various sources and ensure accuracy through cleaning and preprocessing.
- Support Reporting: Help create and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Conduct Basic Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and anomalies in business data.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with product and marketing teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Learn & Adapt: actively participate in training sessions to master new analytical tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- No Experience Required: This is an entry-level position; we prioritize potential and attitude.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: Fluency in English.
