We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Data Analyst to join our growing team in Cleveland. As an Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex data and actionable business insights. You will work closely with our senior team to ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and create visualizations that help stakeholders make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business progress.
- Learn and apply SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
- Familiarity with SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) or a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
