Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive data analysis using SQL, Python, and R to uncover trends, patterns, and insights from large, complex datasets.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity across all platforms.
- Communicate analytical findings to stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling presentations and written summaries.
- Automate data pipelines and ETL processes to reduce manual effort and increase data availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Strong proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into technical solutions.
