Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and implement data governance frameworks
- Develop predictive models to optimize marketing campaigns and operational efficiency
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and recommend data-informed product improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and machine learning fundamentals
