Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Gather, clean, and prepare large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify business trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to automate data pipelines and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL (advanced querying), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excel: Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and VBA is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
