Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales) to define data requirements and solutions.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business value.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains through rigorous data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
