Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and Excel to ensure data integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs and key metrics.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product optimization and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business problems and formulate data-driven solutions.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders, translating technical findings into business value.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new data tools, and emerging technologies to improve analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
