Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence reporting.
- Create interactive, visually compelling dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present analytical findings to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner to drive decision-making.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis and visualization tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis is a strong plus.
