Responsibilities
- Analyze complex, high-volume datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to drive executive decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various databases and sources.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership in clear, actionable formats.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload and increase data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work with ambiguous data.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
