Responsibilities
- Advanced SQL & Data Mining: Extract, clean, and manipulate complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Strategic Dashboarding: Design and develop interactive, self-service dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Statistical Modeling: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic business initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business requirements and deliver data-backed solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and recommend technical improvements to automate reporting workflows.
- Communication: Present complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (Advanced), Python, or R. Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing is required.
- Visualization Tools: Expert-level experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive logical, data-driven conclusions.
