Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex data models and pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track real-time metrics.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise presentations and reports.
- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to ensure data integrity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift) and Python or R.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts including A/B testing, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
