As a Data Analyst at Apex, you will act as the bridge between our technical teams and executive leadership, transforming raw data into high-impact business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Decision Making: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that directly influence business planning.
- Design Advanced Dashboards: Build and maintain interactive, real-time dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Optimize Data Pipelines: Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection, storage, and processing efficiency.
- Perform Predictive Modeling: Utilize Python and SQL to forecast future outcomes and support long-term forecasting initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Ensure Data Quality: Implement rigorous data validation protocols to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization Expertise: Proven experience creating data visualizations in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive insights from unstructured data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through data.
