Responsibilities
- Perform Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets to support business objectives.
- Develop Dashboards: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, establish data governance protocols, and improve overall data quality.
- Predictive Modeling: Build and maintain predictive models to forecast future trends and assist in long-term strategic planning.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources, ensuring data integrity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
