Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to extract, clean, and transform large datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Optimize data models to improve accuracy and efficiency of analytical outputs
- Maintain documentation for data processes and analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python/R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel for advanced data manipulation and analysis
