Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate accurate, timely reports and executive summaries to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and build scalable data pipelines.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and user behavior.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in data collection and propose solutions to enhance data quality and integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced knowledge of queries, joins, and stored procedures) and Python or R.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive insights.
