Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and optimize logistics routes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, and management) to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure data integrity and reproducibility.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality.
