Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to support data extraction and transformation processes.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to guide product and marketing decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting data stories effectively.
