In this role, you will act as a bridge between data and decision-making, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualization: Develop intuitive and interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate complex data stories to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that drive strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
- Process Optimization: Automate manual reporting processes using SQL and Python to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical analysis methods and A/B testing frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
