Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify business trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Document data processes and create user guides for internal reporting tools.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is required.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
