Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform routine network maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to and resolve network incidents and service tickets with minimal downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and data protection standards.
- Document network topology, configurations, and changes for future reference.
- Cable management and physical infrastructure support.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Experience with VPNs, VLANs, and wireless networking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
