In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting complex datasets, building robust dashboards, and presenting actionable insights to key stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in shaping our business strategy through rigorous analysis and data storytelling.

What You Will Do:

• Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
• Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define metrics and KPIs.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover new business opportunities.
• Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Optimize existing data pipelines to improve query performance and reporting speed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data science.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
