Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to monitor business performance in real-time.
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Construct complex SQL queries and data models to support ad-hoc analysis and long-term reporting infrastructure.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Process Optimization: Streamline data collection and cleaning processes to ensure 99.9% data accuracy and reduce manual workload.
- Insight Generation: Produce executive summaries and actionable recommendations based on data findings to drive strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python or R for data manipulation and scripting.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for solving complex business problems.
