Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy for analysis.
- Business Intelligence: Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and translate technical findings into actionable business strategies.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and support long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related data-driven role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
