Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and integrate data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to present data findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and perform statistical analyses to forecast business metrics and support strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced queries), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Tools: Expert knowledge of Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and experience with ETL processes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
- Location: Must reside within the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area.
