Your Mission
As our Data Analyst, you will be the architect of our data-driven decision-making process. You will transform raw numbers into compelling stories that guide executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and business performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (Advanced functions).
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
