The Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will mine, clean, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Gather, clean, and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop Dashboards: Create and maintain interactive visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track KPIs and present data to stakeholders.
- Data Modeling: Build robust data models and databases to support reporting needs and ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Collaborate: Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive, ad-hoc reports and presentations to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data collection and reporting processes and propose automated solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data validation and accuracy.
