Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Insight Generation: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data pipelines and reporting workflows for increased efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
