Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define data requirements.
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high-quality analytics and reporting.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to interpret data trends and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Automate data extraction processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
