Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations to the management team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection processes and improve overall data architecture efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries, joins) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization: Expert level experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
